If we suffer this loss, our activities in the real estate sector will no longer be managed to their maximum level, as a result of which we will no longer be able to serve our customers. This scenario results in a direct reduction of our operations and a decrease in our customers, which directly affects our corporate responsibility and the financial stability of the company.

The plenary meeting of the Flemish Parliament approved a draft decree that examines the decree of 18 July 2003 on the integral development of the real estate sector. This decree has a major impact on our current practice, with the new policy for the processing and integration of real estate activities being introduced.
