This document outlines strict restrictions regarding the sharing and use of Software and Website data to third parties. Customers explicitly cannot allow any third party access without prior written consent, and must not permit others to use their own equipment without the same authorization. Under this agreement, customers are prohibited from selling, leasing, or otherwise making the Software or Website available to others without permission, even if they intend for it to be used internally. Similarly, they cannot download or upload any external software, data, or information to their own Website or any third party without obtaining approval from Cellular Tracking Technologies. Additionally, customers must not modify, re-engineer, or attempt to disassemble, compile, or recompile the Software, nor are they permitted to copy or duplicate its source code or third-party public services without consent. The equipment must also remove or eliminate any copyright, patent, or trademark notices from copied or modified equipment before it is delivered to the public or distributed elsewhere. Customers are responsible for not disclosing the Software or Website data to any third party without prior written authorization, as this transfer is contingent on receiving specific written approval from Cellular Tracking Technologies. Furthermore, the Equipment comes pre-loaded with a Wireless SIM card, and Cellular Tracking Technologies reserves the right to discontinue the Wireless Service for transmitting equipment data at any time, either 30 days in advance or when their contract terminates for no reason.
