- Summary
- The Center for Collective Learning investigates how knowledge accumulates and collective decision-making occurs through the dynamics of teams. Research into the role of technology in knowledge diffusion focuses on the mechanisms that shape organizational innovation.
Our work analyzes collective learning processes, while we examine how innovation is spread within a company or society. This study explores both the growth and accumulation of knowledge from team dynamics and technological diffusion. By analyzing these complex systems, we understand how collective decision-making is effectively maintained.
The Center is supported by the ERC Synergy Grant ADDI, the ERA Chair, and Horizon consortia for two projects: the ELIAS project on AI for sustainability and the Observatory for the Sea initiative. - Title
