Summary

We see ourselves as an independent, interdisciplinary network to promote exchange and act as a central forum for the consistent and practice-oriented promotion and further development of compliance in Germany. Our committees such as the Board of Directors, the Board of Directors, the Scientific Advisory Board and the DICO working groups consist of experts from business, consulting and science. These meetings and working groups create a comprehensive transfer of knowledge between different areas of the public service, legislation, jurisprudence and administration. This structured collaboration allows everyone involved to apply effective compliance requirements to the current reality without getting involved in an isolated discussion. The committee technology and the cooperation of the scientific advisory board support the implementation of the legal requirements in practice. The aim is to optimize the entire systemic efficiency and thus ensure the security, transparency and quality of compliance measures in the German legal system.
