Summary

We urgently need a technical improvement in F5 XC Global Log Receiver to replace the current single email sending mechanism for security alerts. Since our tenants require direct communication with their Owner to monitor specific security incidents, we must be able to receive notifications on the tenant's email server directly and forward the alert to the Security Operations Center via a custom address. This capability must be integrated into the log pre-processing and optimization flow within the F5 Cloud XC architecture. Implementing a dedicated feature request for this log aggregation and routing solution would significantly reduce data transfer latency and ensure critical security events are not missed by the standard mail queue, thereby allowing immediate SOC intervention with full tenant ownership visibility. We kindly request an enhancement to enable this specific log preprocessing and optimization capability before logs are forwarded to the receiver.
