- Summary
- We have awaited Revit to fully support our fabrication workflows for years, but despite the years of effort, the software has struggled to provide complete automation for our needs. The primary challenge remains the inability to accurately reference the Coordination model without compromising the precision of our 2D isometric drawings. Consequently, we must constantly verify our designs against the official model using specific measurement tools or by exporting geometry to AutoCAD. Furthermore, the platform's functionality is now removed from its current release, meaning that we cannot rely on it for any further design support or coordination tasks in AutoCAD. These limitations suggest that Revit is still far from being fully integrated into our daily fabrication routines.
